           杨正宏律师，先后毕业于华东政法大学和南京大学法学院，客座教授，江苏钟山明镜律师事务所高级合伙人，曾担任地方人大内务司法委员会委员、中国法学会员、江苏省法学会理事，江苏省律师协会专业委员会委员、仲裁员。杨律师执业以来受到江苏省律协等多家单位多次表彰，获得“优秀律师”等多种荣誉称号。

ZhenghongYanggraduated from Nanjing University Law School. He now undertakes the Partner of Jiangsu Zhongshani Law Firm. He also takes the position of arbitratorforArbitration Committee. Since 1988 he got the qualification, Yang embarkedonfull-time lawyer.
